The Arecont Vision IP-13 offers superior picture quality for high risk day/night applications and professional installations. It features 2 image sensors for colour (3 Megapixel) images in the day and (1.3 Megapixel) B/W images in low light. The DualBand technology seamlessly switches the optimised sensor in low-light, making the IP-13 a far more sophisticated day/night camera as it avoids the mechanical removal of IR filters etc. Based on MegaVideo™ technology and using special hardware based MJPEG compression, the camera offers 1280x1024 resolution images in real time and 1920x1200 resolution images at 20 fps. It features a 10/100MB network socket for quick and easy connection to a local or wide area network (internet) and the built in web server allows it to be accessed quickly and easily via Internet Explorer from any other PC on the same network or across the internet. In addition, the digital Megapixel zoom allows the simultaneous viewing of zoomed and full field of view images. A choice of fixed and Varifocal CS Mount Lenses are available offering a wide range of viewing angles.
