The IP-7 is a great quality general purpose camera, featuring a 6.0mm lens as standard it offers high resolution images and is suitable for commercial use. The camera is equipped with a high quality CCD image sensor which provides great picture quality in average or better lighting and is perfect for applications where high quality observation is required. It features a 10/100MB network socket for quick and easy connection to a local or wide area network (internet). The built in web server allows it to be accessed quickly and easily from Internet Explorer from any other PC on the same network or across the internet. To prevent unauthorised access the unit features multilevel multi user password protection. In addition to the web server access, the camera is also supplied with Vivotek's 16 Camera DVR software which allows viewing, configuring and recording of up to 16 Vivotek cameras and Video Servers.
